Jessica Fisher has been with has been with The District since opening in 2009 and in the multi-family Industry for over 10 years. She is a proud mom of a very active 7-year old son Malakai who loves playing all sports especially football, basketball and golf. She loves to travel with her family but also enjoys finding fun things to do locally such as comedy clubs, indoor skydiving, laser tag and of course all the local theme parks and water parks which are just around the corner from the community. Some of her favorite local restaurants/lounges are Blue Martini, J. Alexander’s and Anthony’s Brick oven Pizza. When asked what she enjoys most about the community she replied “The best thing about The District is our team, they are amazing. The interior of the apartments are beautiful too.”

Christina Cruz has been with Behringer Harvard since they added The District in Dec. 2010 and has been in the apartment industry for 6 years. Christina loves to help people and anyone that meets her will immediately tell that she really enjoys her job. When asked what she love's most about it, she has been heard saying " I love my team, they are awesome...all of them! I also like helping people find a place they are happy to call home." When not at work, Christina enjoys chasing after her adorably, funny 3 yr. old son, Phranclyn. Her main hobby...cooking, cooking and more cooking! She also likes to share her cooking with her fellow co-workers.

Jessica has been in the industry one year and couldn’t be more excited to continue her journey with the Behringer Harvard Residential team here at The District. She is a mother of 2 amazing kids she likes to call double trouble. She enjoys taking them to Sea World and Universal Studios that are right around the corner from the community! Jessica enjoys spending her down time at One80 Greygoose lounge, where her husband is a local DJ, and the views of Orlando are breathtaking. When asked what she likes about The District “You cannot beat our location! We are centrally located to all the best restaurants in town! Coming to work every day is a pleasure when your staff is so great; they are definitely my second family”

Rachel has been working in the industry for almost four years now. She feels very fortunate to not only come to work at a beautiful community, but also to spend her days with a team of co-workers who feel more like family. If you need to find Rachel and she isn’t in the office, you will most likely find her in the fitness center. She loves to work out and keep herself in shape. It’s not difficult to put a smile on her face. Easiest way to do that is to simply say hello. Other things that make her happy are: fresh flowers, wine, sunshine and traveling.

Erik Pimentel has been a Service Technician at The District at Universal Blvd. since June 2010. He’s worked in both the office and maintenance areas of property management for the past 10 years, though most of it has been in maintenance which he enjoys much. He is married and has between them 4 children and a granddaughter. Erik is an aspiring musician. He enjoys performing on stage, as well as studio recording. His favorite place of dining is Carrabas Italian Restaurant. Yet for dessert and entertainment, he loves to “cut-up-the-rug” with his wife, dancing at Cuba Libre and Club Coco Bongos! Great places to burn off some calories! Working at The District for Behringer -Harvard is such a pleasure for him that in his own words, “I really don’t mind at all, waking up in the morning, and knowing that I’m going to work. In fact, I can’t wait to get there to see my extended family which I love like my own.”

William, with over five years in the business, cherishes his time with his girlfriend and his family. He enjoys playing tennis every day, and watching soccer every weekend. His favorite team is El Real Madrid from Spain. He is so proud to work with the best stuff team at the most beautiful apartment community in town. When asked him favorite part about The District, “The pool area!! It is gorgeous”
