Florida is a great place to catch live music; particularly if you’re looking at seeing a show at a music venue in Orlando. Artists travel in from all over. Artists of all stripes at music venues in Orlando is very common. Here are three music venues in Orlando which everyone should consider.
Check out the music venues near your District community for a concert or two.
The Social – Part gathering spot, part watering hole, all music on the inside, The Social is a great spot to see cutting edge artists like Jukebox the Ghost, Lights, and Lotus.
The Plaza – Another music venue which has an interesting rooster of artists is the Plaza Live Orlando. Some pending shows includes artists as varied as The Naked and Famous, Andy McKee, and the Orlando Jazz Orchestras Tribute to the Trombone Greats. Check it out.
BB King Clubs – A final place to see some great jazz, blues, and other more well-known artists is the BB King Blues Club in Orlando. While this is a great spot to see music virtually every night of the week, there is the hidden specter of private events so make sure to check ahead before you just decide to pop in and hear some music and enjoy the scene.
